This year, Tire Season will be a little different! Hawkesbury Ford is committed to the safety of our valued customers and we have implemented COVID-19 protocols for your protection. We are limiting the amount of customer appointments to ensure physical distancing is always respected.

Our customer lounge has been reconfigured to reduce the amount of customers we can host at any given time, and our appointments are purposely spaced out to avoid crowds.

We will have some other services available with limited capacity, such as limited shuttle availability, Key Drop service, or Vehicle Pick Up & Drop Off.

If you have not done so, please book you appointment now, you'll get a No-Charge Alignment Inspection with your appointment!

Update Regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19)


To our valued customers:

Hawkesbury Ford is committed to protecting the health and wellbeing of our employees, customers, and our community. Throughout this Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we want you to know that we are taking this very seriously and we are taking preventative measures to ensure a clean and safe dealership moving forward.

Our employees have been instructed on how to help prevent the spread of this virus (hand washing regularly, the use of hand sanitizer, wiping down work areas, etc.) Employees who are not feeling well OR have travelled internationally have been asked to self-quarantine for 14 days.

Hawkesbury Ford will continue to exercise enhanced cleaning and preventative measure protocols at our dealership. We do have a ‘drop off box’ at the entrance of our lot if you’d like to utilize that. Our employees are cleaning any surfaces touched by the technicians before your vehicle will be returned. We will be limiting the number of customers in our service shuttle to two people at a time (we will make up for this accordingly). Our waiting room is frequently cleaned as are all touch points in the store every hour.

We understand that these are unsettling times, but we value our customers and are willing to work with you to make sure your vehicle can still be taken care of. Please remember that you can always reach us using phone, text, or email. We can also pick up and return your vehicle, free of charge.

If you have travelled recently please wait 14 days upon your return to visit our dealership. If you already have an appointment scheduled, we ask that you call and reschedule. We thank you for your understanding and for being respectful of our decision. If you are feeling unwell, please plan your visit when you feel better.
